Q: Would getting a nipple piercing affect the ability to breast feed a baby, if the piercing is fully healed?

Contrary to what many have heard, a woman can still breast feed without any issues if they have or have had their nipples pierced.

It turns out that I am allergic to o-rings, every time I wear them my ears get inflamed and start peeling layers of skin. I usually wear a pair of glass wear studios colour front plugs, but now they keep falling out because I can't wear the o-rings with them. I've tried ones made of nitrile and silicone but they still affect me. Am I doomed to only wearing double flares or is there another type of o-ring I could try?

Allergies to the black latex o-rings are quite common, but it’s you’re also allergic to the white/clear silicone/nitrile o-rings I think I’m a little stumped. Allergies to silicone and nitrile are quite rare. I will assume you’ve tried different levels of tightness with how snug you wear the o-rings. One guess would be that you wore them too tight.

If you’ve experimented with a few different types of non-latex o-rings with no success than yes maybe double flared jewelry or weights are your best bet for now.
